Gretta and her boyfriend have just landed in NYC. The city is all the more magical for the two Englishmen because they are offered to come and live their passion to the fullest: music. The dream will be shattered and the idyll shattered when, blinded by the emerging fame, he will leave her for a solo career and... a press officer. With her suitcases ready and her ticket back to London in her pocket, she decides to spend one last night in New York with her best friend. The latter takes her to a pub, pushes her on stage and forces her to sing. In the room, a producer is indulging in his most dangerous passion: alcohol.
